The Creative Lens #5 - Fail
and fail 🔁
I failed.
If you think that everything is going well, this is not the case.
Everything started some months ago when I decided to challenge myself (as always…) and I tried to start a new business.
So, I studied the most successful and brilliant artists in this field, watched tons of content to learn how to sell and promote my work, made tens of posters, designed my website to engage visitors as much as possible, shared posts on a dedicated Instagram profile, and also invested some money into advertising, trusting an expert.
Result? I failed.
One week ago, I decided to definitively close this project. This was a really difficult choice, but unfortunately, I was selling too few posters.
The moral of the story?
Although I am very sad about the failure of this project, I have learned lots of new things that I'm sure will be useful for my future self. For this reason, I wish for myself to fail as much as possible because this is the only way to learn new things.
November Updates
Last month was full of things.
First week I went to London for my first client work. That was a really excited experience.
I had also the opportunity to visit the official Nothing store in London! 👇
Also had the possibility take some shots around the city. I wanted to give a blue moody look to my pictures inspired by the greatest Edvardas photographer.
I have also released a wallpaper pack free for all my supporters on my website with some shots taken with my trusted Sony A6400 + 16-70mm f/4.0.
